ONR Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative (MURI) for High Power, Broadband, Linear, Solid State Amplifier



The Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative (MURI) for High Power, Broadband, Linear, Solid State Amplifier for ONR sponsored research will be performed by a team lead by Cornell University.

The proposed program will focus on development of gallium nitride (GaN) materials, devices and circuits.

The second award is for a team lead by Umesh Mishra at the University of California, Santa Barbra.
