ONR Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative (MURI) for Semiconductor Interface Electronics

The Multidisciplinary University Research Initiative (MURI) for Semiconductor Interface Electronics for ONR sponsored research is conducted across two different teams - one led by Cornell and the other by UCSD.

The proposed program will focus on study of gallium nitride and other pizeoelectric and polarized semiconductors.

A second award is for a team called Polaris lead by Peter Asbeck at the University of California, San Diego.
